Service & Support

Hotline and first-level support

The employees from our Service Department can access the customer’s system by remote maintenance, thus ensuring a prompt response and quick elimination of the problem.

The employees in this group have detailed product knowledge and, furthermore, experience in processes typical of this industry. In conjunction with remote diagnosis tools, we thus guarantee the fastest and best assistance possible.
